I’m still signed in to the old app, which no longer really works and the gym no longer uses. I downloaded this app and tried multiple times to sign-in and keep getting an error message saying my email or password are wrong. I clicked ‘forgot password’ received the email, created a new password and still keep getting an error message. What’s the point of having an app if people can’t sign-in to use it?

I had the original app which no longer works, and then was told I had to download this app. I tried submitting my email to gain access multiple times to no avail and no one seems to be able to help me. My gym no longer uses physical tags and only uses digital so quite an inconvenience.

Unless you plan on going here until you die, do not sign up. They make it impossible to cancel the membership. An employee at my gym told me that all I had to do was submit a request via email to have my membership cancelled, and after I did, I received an email back saying that I had to sign into a completely different website and submit it there. Once there, I tried to login using my jersey strong credentials but every time I did it said I did not have a membership, therefore I couldn’t submit a request to cancel. They are clearly scam artists and are looking to force you to continue to pay $50/month despite not even living in the state of New Jersey anymore. I cannot stress it enough, there are plenty of other high quality gyms, don’t go to this one

A completely useless app and useless support staff.  I was signed into the app for the longest and then all of a sudden they signed me out. Now I can’t sign in, I have reset my password numerous times and been told that my account is active, yet I can’t sign in.  No one at the club can help me sign in. The only advise I was given was - call the support number and hopefully they will be able to help.  The company takes my money every month and yet refuses to give me access to what I pay for.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while and they just launched this app. My membership comes with a personal coach that sets up my weekly workouts and checks in on how I’m doing all through this app. The app is easy to use and actually motivates me to workout.

The app is really cool. I have a custom plan that my coach built for me and I’m able to use the exercise videos to do the workout. And my coach gives me feedback and I can ask them questions. I’m excited for my program to keep getting updated. It keeps things fresh.
