It’s pathetic that people have to pay for a subscription just to access the full devotional. This is supposed to be an app centered around sharing God’s Word and encouraging people in their faith, yet so much of the content is locked behind a paywall. At the very least, every daily devotional should be freely accessible without requiring a subscription. Faith shouldn’t feel like a subscription service. If you had already purchased “Jesus Calling,” it was still supposed to work. When they make updates it sometimes locks early supporters out of the content. I look at this as I purchased a book, and now they want me to repurchase it every month. Support helped me at first when I was locked out, but now they don’t respond. I am only able to access Jesus Calling. I sent an E Mail to the Harper team who sent me instruction on how to restore access, I followed the instructions but it did not restore access. I contacted them again by E Mail and received a response that it was a problem on their end and it asked that I be patient. So I waited a month, still no access. I have contacted them numerous times but have not received any response. I have purchased over 350 Jesus Calling Devotionals over the years to give to friends, family and to people who are receiving treatments for cancer at the hospital where I have been receiving treatments. Based on what it’s mostly Legacy accounts that have lost access .
