Lumezone builds a day-by-day shift plan from published circadian light-timing principles (advance ~1 h/day eastward, delay ~1.5 h/day westward, the "go the other way" rule past 9 hours) and lives on your wrist where the reminders actually reach you.

The Pro screen was written in English no matter which language your watch was set to. It now speaks German, Spanish, French, Japanese and Turkish like the rest of Lumezone.

On a watch that had just been set up, the Pro options sometimes came back empty. Lumezone now gives the App Store up to 15 seconds to answer instead of 1.6.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-23

• The Lumezone Pro screen no longer opens empty when the App Store is slow to answer. It waits, retries up to three times, and says plainly if the store really cannot be reached — instead of showing an error before it has even asked.

• Français and Español are now supported, in the app and on this page.
• Lumezone Pro: the whole shift plan instead of just today, a saved library of trips, a tap when each light window opens, daily last-caffeine time, and watch face complications.
