### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-10-12*

This was supposed to be free but when following instructions it was not free. You will be charged if not careful!

**Developer response:** Thanks for your message! The app was free during our AppAdvice campaign, but that promotion has now ended — sorry for the confusion!
If you missed the free period, please feel free to reach out to me by email and I’ll be happy to send you a free code. 🙏
I really appreciate your understanding and support!

### 1/5 — Free app was not a choice

*2025-10-12*

Don’t bother

**Developer response:** I really appreciate your feedback and I’m sorry if the pricing was unclear. The app is free to try, and optional premium features help cover ongoing development.
I’m constantly improving the experience — thank you for pointing this out.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2025-10-12*

My biggest complaint is no way to edit or delete any trip that was created. Time for caffeine is not relevant. The usage of caffeine should be bases on person not by schedule. Presetting coffee schedule has no helps to adjusting jet lag.

**Developer response:** Thanks a lot for your feedback! 🙏
The caffeine schedule is actually optional — the app asks about your caffeine tolerance at the start, so that part only activates if you choose to include it.
I totally agree though, being able to edit or delete trips is super important. It’s already planned for the next update.
I really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts — feedback like this helps me make the app better for everyone. ☕✈️

### 1/5 — Scam app

This is NOT Timeshifter and is trying to confuse unsuspecting customers. Timeshifter should get this off the App Store. The recommendations are useless and ridiculous. I now downloaded Timeshifter and am really embarassed that I was played.

**Developer response:** “Time Shifter ≠ Timeshifter - Important Clarification”
Hello, we understand your confusion and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We want to clarify an important distinction:
Our app “Time Shifter” is NOT the same as “Timeshifter.” These are two completely different applications developed by different companies:
Time Shifter (Our App):
	•	Developer: Burak Guner
	•	Technology: Powered by Kronauer Model algorithm
	•	Pricing: Subscription-based ($8.99-$49.99)
	•	New app launched in 2024
	•	Available in 11 languages including Turkish
Timeshifter (The Original):
	•	Developer: Timeshifter Inc. (Est. 2016)
	•	Technology: Patented Circadian Time™ & Practicality Filter™
	•	Pricing: Pay-per-plan ($4.99-$24.99)
	•	Featured in Wall Street Journal, New York Times, WIRED
	•	Backed by 130,000+ user surveys
We understand the similar names have caused confusion. We are working to make this distinction clearer in our app description to prevent future misunderstandings.
Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize that our app did not meet the expectations you had for the other application.

### 1/5 — Illogical recommendations

*2025-04-09*

This app’s recommendations are ridiculous. The best example of this is that it told me to get on my flight in the middle of a chunk of sleep. A good time shifting app should recognize that one has to do things… like go to the airport and get on a flight. Seems obvious. So yeah, this is an illogical app.

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you so much for your feedback. You’ve raised a very valid point, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it. It’s important that the app better aligns with real-world schedules like fixed flight times, and we’re actively working on improvements to handle such cases more intelligently. Feedback like yours helps us prioritize the right updates—thanks again!

### 2/5 — No good for multi-flight trips

*2026-03-23*

Only allows 1 transit location enroute, so gives poor advice (eg sleeping whilst needing to go through security!)

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Good news — we’ve since added support for multi-flight trips with multiple transit locations, so this should work much better now. Please update to the latest version and give it another try. If you run into any issues or have more suggestions, email us at support email— we’d love to hear how it works for your routes. Thanks for helping us improve!

### 5/5 — Thanks for the update

*2026-05-18*

Hope you guys keep improving this application. And thanks for the update.

With Kind Regards ~

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the kind words and the support! We’re committed to keep improving the app. If you ever have feature requests or ideas, please reach out to us at support email — we’d love to hear from you and look into them. With kind regards back to you! 🙏

### 5/5 — It works!

*2025-07-14*

This app made such a difference on my last trip. I usually struggle with jet lag for days, but following the plan really helped me adjust way faster. easy to use and effective!

**Developer response:** This made our day — thank you! 🙏 So glad the plan helped you adjust faster and beat the jet lag. Safe travels, and enjoy every trip! ✈️

### 5/5 — Jet lag

*2024-11-24, version 1.5*

Amerika’ya her gittiğimde yaşadığım enerji kaybını uygulama sayesinde giderme fırsatım oldu. Artık enerjiğim :))

### 5/5 — Super!

*2024-09-11, version 1.0*
