За проход по городу Одесса ни один самокат не работал на карте была отмечено больше 10 самокатов которых на самом деле не было этой улицы, во время попытки активировать самокат который не отображался на карте писалось то что он недоступен и так примерно больше 10 самокатов.

Зони паркування позначені дуже не зрозуміло. Якщо на екрані не буде зеленої зони то не ясно чому самокат не паркується. Підтримка працює повільно поки іде оренда і з вас списується гроші. Самокат був у поганому стані, не працює дзвінок та погано працюють гальма. Якщо у вас виникнуть проблеми, вам не допоможуть їх вирішити

This app is deceptive and abuses the location services consent API to attempt to force users to share more data than they intend. Not recommended for privacy-conscious users.

As a regular customer of this company, I noticed that the gps location of the scooters isn’t very accurate so ending rides can be difficult if you’re near a geofence zone boundary. On a number of occasions, despite being in a green zone, it wouldn’t allow me to end the ride. This meant that the company continues to take money while you’re trying to end the ride. Previously it had only been 10-20uah so I wasn’t too worried about it. Today, the scooter would not end the ride for over an hour because my phone had mobile data issues and there was a GPS issue so the scooter wasn’t showing in the correct place on the map. I got charged over 300uah more than the ride should have cost. When I contacted customer service, they outright refused to admit any technical faults or that they have regular issues with GPS locations of scooters. This is just a pure scam if you cannot legitimately end a ride and they continue to take money. I will be avoiding this company now and advise others not to fall into the trap.
