## What is Jet Window | Flight Tracker?

Know your flight. Enjoy the view.

Track your flight for free, from the gate before boarding to the baggage belt after landing. See your connections, keep boarding passes offline, and choose a window seat for the light along your route.

YOUR FLIGHT, AT A GLANCE
See live status, gate, terminal, times and tail number together. Follow your route on the map. After landing, your baggage claim comes to the front, with a terminal guide and a walkthrough to the curb.

THE SIDE TO SIT, DECIDED
Choose a side for the view or for less glare. See when your flight moves from daylight into darkness, where sunrise or sunset falls along your route, and what to look for on approach. Explore blue hour and aurora opportunities on suitable routes. Guidance is based on your scheduled route and timing; the actual view depends on your flight path and weather.

KEEP THE FLIGHT IN THE PHOTO
Add flight details to your window photographs. Frame the shot, straighten the horizon and pick a sky badge, then save a photo card or share the view. Find your shots again by airline, flight number or sunset.

CONNECTIONS THAT MAKE SENSE
Add your connecting flights and Jet Window links them automatically. See your time between flights, whether the connection looks comfortable or tight, and whether your bags are checked through. Keep boarding passes for you and your companions together, ready to open offline. Saved airport gate maps work offline, too. With First Class, a gate change for your next flight reaches you in the air, even on messaging-only Wi-Fi.

A DELAY IS A STATUS. GET THE EXPLANATION.
Check airport conditions and weather radar, with delay reasons when available. First Class adds inbound aircraft tracking and an AI Brief that explains flight status and weather in plain English. See flights worth asking about if you want to arrive earlier. Standby options help you prepare the question; your airline decides what is available.

A CALM MINUTE AT THE WINDOW
Tap Calm on any flight for five guided one-minute sessions, from Before takeoff to Bumpy air, each in its own window scene with a soft light that moves with the sound. The sound and written guidance are free, and every session plays offline.

GET TO KNOW YOUR AIRCRAFT
Look up the tail number, aircraft specifications and the story behind the plane. Explore your departure and arrival airports, from the flight board to the weather and sun times. Share a private tracking link so the person collecting you can follow along in a browser.

FIRST CLASS
The essentials are free: flight status, gates, baggage claim, connections, boarding passes, route maps, aircraft details, window-seat guidance, photos and Calm sessions.

An optional First Class subscription adds:
• Alerts for gate changes, delays, cancellations and flight milestones.
• Flight updates in the air on messaging-only Wi-Fi, without buying a full Wi-Fi plan.
• Live Activities on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
• The aircraft's reported position on the map and inbound aircraft tracking.
• AI flight briefs, standby options and itinerary import.
• A calm guiding voice in every Calm session.
• A leave-for-the-airport reminder, jet lag plan and packing note the night before.

Jet Window never reads your email. Paste a confirmation or share one into the app when you want to import a trip.

Gate and baggage information depend on what the airline publishes. Live data can be delayed or incorrect; follow your airline's instructions. The FAA disruptions board covers the United States. Not for flight planning or navigation.

Made by two lifelong window-seat people who wanted flying to feel a little easier, and a lot more interesting.

First Class is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase. It renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

Clearer flight updates and more useful Window Seat guidance.

• A line under the airline name showing when your flight was last checked.
• “Boarding time” and “Gate closes soon” when the time is our estimate rather than an airline report.
• When a flight is delayed or canceled, the reason and your options above the map.
• Live status for airlines with a number in their code, including JetBlue, Frontier and Allegiant.
• Window photos for any flight you’ve tracked, added from the Photos tab, with Recently removed as a safety net.
• Window Seat with a choice of the view or less glare, and aurora forecasts that show how recent they are.

Also: undo for a removed flight, password reset by email, layered app icons on iOS 26, Instruments that open on speed and altitude, and fixes to alerts, codeshare flights, photos and sign-in.

### 1.10.92 — 2026-09-10

Your gate leads the screen before you board. Your baggage belt leads it when you land. Everything else steps aside.

The airport map finds your gate at 889 airports, and keeps it on your phone for when you land with no signal.

A terminal guide for each end of the trip, and a walkthrough to the curb after you land.

What to pack: your destination's forecast, day by day, four days out.

Tap the tail number for what the airplane is called and what it is known for. Tap the airline for its story.

A Photos tab for your window shots. Search them by airline, flight number, or just "sunset".

Your boarding pass now carries the live gate, how old that reading is, your cabin and your seat. The screen goes to full brightness and stays awake while a pass is up, and one swipe moves one pass.

Airport pages written for travelers as well as pilots: lounges and how to get out, at seven airports so far.

Maps draw the runways when you zoom in, and the airplane glides between position reports.

Swipe between the legs of a connection. Turn alerts off for one flight without untracking it.

Plus a faster trip list, steadier maps, and a long run of fixes to gates, belts, times and offline screens.
