However there is no automatic advance to the next folder once all files in a folder have been played. There is also no resume playback from a point inside a file when the player is restarted. I’ve emailed support repeatedly over time but have never received a reply or even an acknowledgement. Let’s call a spade a spade:: LAZY Developers. Lack of importing and exporting playlists indicates a lack of faith in your own product. You want to lock users down to your ecosystem because you don't want to compete with other music players. Ironically, this makes your product less competitive with other music players. - Cannot remove options from the side menu, such as Artists, Composers, Podcasts, Network / Cloud If a user does not use these, then they should not have to see them or have them get in their way. Simple as. Insane UI choices: - Filenames are given priority in the visual hierarchy over track names from metadata. Filenames are in bigger font and bolded. Track names are in little gray subtext. I really should not need to explain why this is bad UI design. - In the 3 dot menu, "Clear Playlist" is right under "Add to Playlist". It is the same color. There is no confirmation dialogue. Make it red and put it at the bottom, and add a confirmation pop-up. Again, I really should not need to explain why. Make the changes to your app and I will buy it. The layout is easy to use and the appearance is very clean. It is an excellent replacement for the Apple Music app if you use iTunes to put music on your phone. My only suggestion would be to add a secondary level sort to the browser. Example: Open genres and see the albums sorted by artist, not album name. The sound works fine, but the screens used to search would show a hodge Podge of letters and only show a-e or A-T and then T again. Now, with iOS 26, the app crashes when the now playing screen is displayed using CarPlay. If you don’t want to use CarPlay other than to listen, the app is great. Please fix. Thank you. ### 5/5 — Amazing audio app for under 4 bucks. *2026-03-27, version 13.0.1* Perfect for anyone who keeps non-iTunes music on their phone. The premium version is inexpensive, and all add-ons are reasonably priced too. With premium, you get an ad-free experience, plus access to the equalizer and sound settings—which are honestly the most important features—along with a few extras. You can also add 3D audio and a visualizer as separate purchases, or pay about $12 extra on top of the already cheap premium (under $4) to unlock everything for life. That’s a big plus compared to other apps that charge yearly. Personally, I don’t need the 3D audio or extra features right now, but it’s nice having the option to buy them individually or all at once. If you have non-iTunes music, the only way to get it to show up in JetAudio is by doing a wireless transfer between your phone and a PC. Once you do that, a folder appears in the Files app—just drop your music in there and it’ll show up in the app. It also supports streaming from services like Dropbox, but I’ve read that the EQ might not work properly with streamed music (not 100% sure though). If you’re currently using VLC and want more control over your music, this is a great upgrade. It’s affordable, easy to use, and the sound quality—along with all the extra features—is excellent. Definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys music and likes tweaking audio settings. ### 5/5 — Takesyour Music from a one story building up to a five story building in depth *2026-03-05, version 13.0.1* Chadd audio is a music app. I’ve been using for over 12 years now and I consider it the best to have for my application while it does not have streaming ability, the add-on features that are provided allow it to make your music sound like the original music in depth and quality. The crystallize function restores the original harmonics of the music so the symbols and the voices in the base the horns sounds like three dimensional music. Of course it does require your music be installed locally on your device as streamed. Music does not allow this operation to be performed because it is encrypted.
