There’s only two complaints I’ve got. First, there are some aspects of this app where the usability is a little tough. One example would be when booking through JetBlue Vacations, but there are also other places where Minor usability improvements would be definitely welcomed. The second item is that it would be nice to have the my flights section split into flights for me and flight flights for other people that I’ve added in there so that it’s easy to distinguish the two. If my wife is flying separate from me, but I want to be able to track it easily. The original departure was set to be 8:44am. After boarding the plane and waiting 30 minutes. The pilot tells everyone there’s a legal issue with the plane and we will all need to get off and travel to a new gate. After everyone moved to the new gate, then began confusion due to the flight attendants at the new gate announcing that another flight to Cancun was at a new gate also. With every frustrated, our new departure time was pushed to 10:43am. Eventually everyone boards the new plane and the pilot apologizes for the delay and says we’ll be off shortly. Next thing we know, we’re still sitting in this plane at 12:45pm due to another issue. Booking with Jet Blue has been absolutely horrendous and I won’t be flying with them again. We were traveling from Los Angeles to New York, where we had a connecting flight to Edinburgh, Scotland. Our flight from Los Angeles was delayed, which caused us to miss our international connection in New York. Upon arriving in New York, we were left stranded. JetBlue did not provide us with hotel accommodations, transportation, or any meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, our luggage was scheduled to be forwarded to Edinburgh, leaving us without our clothing and other essential belongings. We immediately went to the baggage service desk and asked whether our luggage could be retrieved before it was forwarded. The representative informed us that she would contact someone in the baggage department to stop the bags. She sent an email. Unfortunately, the employee she contacted was on their last day of work and never responded. As a result, nothing was done, and we were unable to collect our luggage. The lack of communication, urgency, and customer service was extremely frustrating. We were left to resolve everything on our own, without our essential belongings and without support after a missed connection caused by JetBlue’s delayed flight. This experience resulted in unnecessary stress, unexpected expenses, and a disrupted start to our trip.
