I had poor connection & very slow long in to my apps ie- FB, prime The main reason I go it was to stay in contact with my family while I was away & that was annoying, dropping out. In the end, I gave up on my UNLIMITED plan & switched to maya Mobile leaving Jetpac with 2 weeks still to go. ### 2/5 — Please refund *2026-08-17, version 27.2.0* Not good. I had some difficulty with the installation, so I contacted customer service through WhatsApp. The agent was absolutely amazing. She guided me step by step through the entire installation process until everything was successfully completed. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful. The service was also incredibly fast and easy. I was honestly surprised and impressed by the level of customer support I received. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. When my flight was delayed, they even offered me a complimentary data pack to make sure I wouldn’t run out of data and have to waste money buying another pack, which was a really thoughtful gesture. Coverage in China has been excellent, as I’ve had fast and reliable service everywhere I’ve gone, and it seamlessly bypasses the Great Firewall. Great value, great coverage, and genuinely helpful support. Fortunately, I reached out to Jetpac via WhatsApp and was connected with Theresa from the Jetpackers Team. From the very beginning, she was patient, kind, and incredibly understanding. She guided me step by step, line by line, through the entire process. Despite several unsuccessful attempts, Theresa never once made me feel rushed or embarrassed by my lack of technical knowledge. When the usual methods didn’t work, she came up with another solution, manually reset everything, and provided me with a new QR code. With her calm guidance and encouragement, we finally succeeded in getting my eSIM activated. More than solving a technical problem, Theresa gave me confidence. She treated me with genuine empathy and respect, and that made all the difference. Customer service like hers is rare these days. Well done, Jetpac, for having someone as dedicated and compassionate as Theresa on your team.
