Frozen! So I did text to order and it would not let me checkout. Once again, frozen. So I called and got a Bot that didn’t get my order right after 2 attempts so I asked for a real human person. She didn’t get it right at first either but eventually did. She refused to give me the 15% off as offered by the Bot and for text to order. I shouldn’t be penalized because your processes don’t work! I placed the order for a specialty pizza. I took bacon off the pizza. I can’t see the order that I placed. When I opened the salad I couldn’t believe that anyone would let that salad go out. The lettuce was wilted and old!
