## What is Jetstream?

One plane. A world map wide open. And rivals who won't cut you any slack.

In Jetstream you don't tap a screen and watch numbers tick up. You run a real airline — and every decision costs you, for better or worse.

You draw your own routes, real city to real city, along the true paths planes actually fly. Read the market: a business corridor between two capitals doesn't fill like a holiday hop. Tune your three cabin classes — economy, business, first — set your fares, and chase the perfect load factor. Price too high and you fly empty. Too low and you give away your margin.

But the real game starts when you look up from your dashboard.

Jet fuel spikes and crashes on a living market: buy the dip, hedge before the surge, build your own refinery. Across the map, rival carriers open routes, merge, and strike back. Take an equity stake in one. Launch a tender offer. Call a board vote to acquire it outright — and seize its planes and routes. Buy up airports to lock rivals out… until the antitrust regulators come knocking.

Manage your fleet, run R&D for leaner aircraft, pay your crews — or weather the strike. Watch the weather, the seasons, your reputation: it all moves demand. And when a storm grounds your fleet, you improvise.

A polish release.

• LANGUAGE — Fixed a mix-up where some rival chatter and Market Wire lines showed up in French inside the English game. Jetstream now follows the language it is actually displaying, including when you set a per-app language in iOS Settings.

• The "World #1" celebration is fully translated.

### 2.0 — 2026-08-04

Freight has landed. Jetstream 2.0 is the biggest update yet — and it's free if you already own the game.

• CARGO — Buy freighters and fly cargo routes on a demand model all their own. The world's biggest freight cities aren't its biggest passenger cities, so the cargo map is a different shape entirely: long industrial trunks pay, short hops don't, and the return leg always runs lighter than the outbound.

• SLOT PRESSURE — Busy airports now run out of capacity, and you share it with your rivals. Crowd a hub and every turnaround stretches. Upgrade ground ops or buy the airport outright to win priority — and expect rivals to muscle into your busiest hub just to squeeze it.

• RETIRE, THEN BEGIN AGAIN — Build an airline worth $25M and you can retire it. Your achievements and career records carry over, along with permanent legacy bonuses to every airline you found afterwards.

• A FLEET YOU CAN READ — Every aircraft now has its own top-down silhouette, drawn to the real aircraft's configuration.

• iPAD — Jetstream is now a universal app with a real iPad layout, not a stretched phone.

Your rivals just woke up.

They watch how you fly. Undercut them and they back off to protect their premium seats. Lean on them and they gang up. Burn one too many times and it comes for your best route — and tells you exactly why.

Every rival has a personality, a memory, and a grudge. Open one to see how it really feels about you. They talk, too — in English and French.

Also new: an airport browser that actually helps you find one, route filters that jump you straight to the lines losing money, and a Routes screen that finally stops scrolling forever.
