I haven’t been able to adjust my lights in over a week. All of the sudden within the last week, one by one my devices started dropping off like flies. The devices are “unresponsive” according to the Alexa app. I have deleted and reconnected everything and it seems to recognize and connect for a minute then goes back to unresponsive. The app crashes from time to time (only way to solve it is to wait it out). However, I can no connect to Alexa now... I called Amazon and they had no solution. I accidentally found that someone else had the same problem and had to switch apps. The Jetstream Skill can no longer be enabled in the Alexa app either. I switched to the “Smartlife” app, and everything is back to normal. When it came back on in the middle of the night, every single light was blinking. Every single one had to be reset manually and the schedules added once again. I am not amused. A power outage should NOT cause the bulbs to suddenly forget how to connect to wifi and to reset automatically. That is insane. Update: lights no longer talk to the app. Ever. I’ve tried so many times to connect the bulbs...it won’t work. Called customer service and they told me to wait a couple weeks as the app is being updated. I’m over it. Limited bulb functionality *2020-09-19, version 1.0.1* Downloaded this app to manage the JetStream Color Smart Bulbs I purchased through Walmart. Honestly, for the price of the bulbs I can’t complain much (but I will). 1 - Scenario and Automation functions are EXTREMELY hindered if the only option is “turn on/turn off” and “brightness”. Why can’t I set a Scenario/Automation where I can, not just turn the bulb or or off, but also preemptively select the color or the scene it will trigger? 2- IFTTT applet functionality would be amazing 3- You are already using general location based triggers for some (limited) Automation options, why not allow that for Scenarios as well? The app does what it’s supposed to do, hooray for that, the problem is that the app and bulb behave like a smart phone that can only receive calls and text messages.
