Both the app and website are virtually impossible to reserve a seat. Even if you’re lucky enough to get to the final step your payment is then refused. In had to use an agent to book in advance.

The app is bad it deducted the amount multiple times on different times and won’t save the ticket or register it on my name

Unfortunately the app and web site are truly terrible.  I was unable to see any destinations other than the bridge, Aqaba and Jerash festival!  After searching, using the bot, I found other destinations but unable to book,  very frustrating.  However, on booking via their office in Abdali, every thing went like clockwork.  Buses are clean, comfortable and run to time. Definitely recommended.

Don’t bother to even load this App it’s useless. 
Think it needs a bit of testing for the next version.

App seemingly works great, however payment from USA will not work. Jett Bus does now answer phone and app doesn’t allow payment. Only way to make a reservation is in person of you are from abroad however by the time you arrive in Amman from abroad there will not likely be any seats available. App is only good for seeing the pricing and schedule but don’t plan on using to pay or reserve seats

Why do you need my national ID, date of birth, gender, phone number and email? You’re just transporting people from point A to point B. When we take a taxi, we just pay for transportation. I wonder what you ask your employees when they apply for jobs???? The app seems to be well designed it’s a shame a national company like JETT can’t get their app right.

Poor app and website experience. Been trying to book for the last 20 minutes. Available seats showing all not allowing to be booked. Those that can the payment gateway won’t allow to pay. Really frustrating.

Very helpful app, but it needs some updates, specially the trip date schedule preview, why i do need to fill all of my information just to check for the trip availability!? It doesn’t make any sense! Let me add my information while i’m checking out!
