Also I was told you could track attendance on app, but I can’t see where. I’m sorry to be rude but the whole app seems poorly designed and pointless. ### 1/5 — No show *2022-09-12* My local studios aren’t showing up.. so a pretty pointless app at the moment ### 1/5 — No point App *2022-06-25* I got a welcome email saying I could download the app. I did. But don’t understand the point. There are no PT session available. There’s nothing on it. They even have the Test names on it. These guys are a big name with so many gyms. They could have done so much with the app. Such a wasted opportunity. ### 3/5 — Improvement suggestion *2021-04-29* I like the app and find it easy to use for booking J Series but I really wish I could see how many places are booked in each class because I don’t want to book in if I will be the only person in the class. Would love to see 4 of 6 booked or whatever the case may be. ### 2/5 — What’s the deal? *2021-04-01* Don’t know what they’ve done to this app but it’s near impossible to book and change J Series sessions. Very unhelpful. ### 2/5 — Bring back attendance log *2021-03-10* Removed the attendance log so you could track days you went and when you entered. Can’t even get this from the website now. Full of PT and classes - being a gym you think you could build a workout in the app or several and then log what you did. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-09-19* The 4 week programs don’t work only some of the pages load and the app is a bit difficult to get around the layout isn’t that great ### 2/5 — Clunky app which doesn’t allow class bookings at other clubs *2019-12-28* The app does not allow users to book in for J Series classes at gyms other than the home gym - despite this membership including this in the price. It would also be useful to be able to see class offerings for your top 3-4 favourite clubs across a week, on the one screen. The app makes it very difficult to flick between different clubs’ timetables, the inability to book classes at other gyms really needs to be fixed. A positive is that the app does enable class bookings to copy into iCal. ### 1/5 — The app is useless *2019-10-04* Not useful at all ### 1/5 — Almost pointless *2019-04-17* Really disappointed with this app. With all the content available now this app is lacking both imagination and content. It’s like Jetts’s felt they needed an app when in fact they’d be better off donating funds put towards app to charity.
