Overall very bad experience from my side. This app is extremely difficult to use and consistently frustrating. The hotel booking feature in particular was terrible—clunky, unintuitive, and not remotely user-friendly. On top of that, the app feels largely empty, with very little activity or engagement, which defeats the purpose of a “connect and travel” platform. Overall, the app was not helpful in any way and ended up being one of the worst apps I’ve downloaded on my phone.
