I like the game until I get to a level with Beatles.  They usually play against you.  It is rare that a Beatle will get rid of something you need it to get rid of. You can't plan a move because the Beatles will ruin it. It takes several weeks to get past those levels. When this happens I think about deleting the game.

I have been playing this game for years. I have it on my phone for the second time after beating it the first time. I now have it on my iPad. I have noticed here lately that there are a lot more ads. In between each win, loss and getting help. They now last at least a minute or more. What is up with that? I still love the game but I am getting frustrated.

I love the game, but I hate the ads after completing each level. Why should we pay to get rid of them. All free games overload their games with ads. Then ask us to pay $2.99-$6.99 to go ad free. That ridiculous. We should only have to watch an ad for free addition moves. Updated: deleted game. Became bored with it.

How does the 94th level work.  It shows red squares but I can never reach the number and really don’t understand this level at ALL !

I have enjoyed the game for a while now as a casual player during my downtime, but I am now at level 931 and cannot advance further due to it freezing at the end of the level. I have beaten it 3 times now; unfortunately , when I click to ‘skip’ the victory graphics (or even when I don’t, it seems), the game freezes and must be closed/reopened. When I do, the level completion has not registered and I am forced to replay it. If I do not complete the level successfully, it freezes on the “replay?” dialogue box. 

A shame, the game has otherwise been generally great fun - enough for me to occasionally spend a couple of dollars on it, even. Until/unless the issue is resolved, however, I won’t be able to continue playing.

Can you please explain why it says $1.99 for adds removed any to pay $2.99? And when I click on items to buy it says $4.99 yet you will charge me $7.99? I like the game only also the timer you put on items to be able to use free for a short amount of time don’t work, you like an item and it takes it, pointless having that feature when it lies, won’t be spending any money on here it’s misleading expense. Be carful people of what you spend,

I spent so much on this game. I obviously love it but there’s no customer service to repor problems to! I’ve lost quite a bit of money due to other glitches. Please fix? I’ve literally spent hundreds since January. I need help. Just passed lvl 1454 & game crashed! Sick of these crashes that cost me all of the prize package items used! Plz help?

やる気がなくなる難しさが、序盤から・・・星3が絶対取れない仕様なの？
お助けアイテム使ったら良いんだろうけど、かなり序盤に詰んでるのにその調子でアイテム使いまくってたら課金待った無しです。同じステージで100回ほどアイテムなしでチャレンジしたけど星2までしかいかない・・・ちょっとツライですね。せめてステージ200からこの難しさならわかるけど。

I have a question: why can’t the coins we receive for whatever reason, I have quite a few. Why can’t those coins be used to get extra plays. Instead of us always paying real money to buy more. I’m thinking about deleting the game for that reason!

I know they get there money through the ads that come, and I usually patiently wait for them to be over. However, I object to political ads from any persuasion when I am escaping into a game for relaxation.

If I delete and reinstall app, the money is gone, and the game makes me start at step one..

Why is it these game programmers create a game that is fun to play until they add a level that is not just challenging or difficult but near impossible with increasing or growing items.  Stress, stress, stress . . . no fun.

I have paid for several packages and get ripped off every now and then. Tonight I bought the $6.99 one for everything PLUS 4 Hours FREE PAY. I only got an hour of it. I either want my extra lives or my money back. I will turn this in to iTunes if we can’t work this out. I do enjoy this game. I just want what I pay for . The date is 1-13-2020 between 8-9pm

I used to like the game but it is rigged to hint at moves to defeat you. Give you one and take the rest. It also will only help you at the beginning and never when you need it at the end to win. I’ve played where there are no moves hardly at all but one or two, having to abandon the game. That is not a game.

I’ve been enjoying this game up to this point (I’m at level 747), however, after this last update, the game has gotten extremely glitchy, to the point that the game isn’t all that fun anymore because all the special effects aren’t smooth anymore. The side-to-side slides (and up-and-down) disappear in a flash now, and the jewel explosions now freeze midway and then disappear. I’m not sure what happened to have caused all the glitches, but they are causing a lot of frustration.
9/22 update - I’m done playing this game until the glitches are fixed! The hesitations are over-the-top annoying!
10/18 update - Kudos to the developer for reaching out to me. To answer your question, the levels aren’t too difficult to solve; it’s the sudden stops and starts of the action that is the annoyance. That’s what I’m talking about when I say glitches. Imagine watching a horse race, three horses are very close as they race to the finish line, and suddenly the picture freezes then starts again after the horses have crossed the finish line. You’d be very frustrated. Now imagine that happening many times over and you’ve got the level of frustration I’m experiencing.
10/25 update - I think I know what the issue might be. Just recently I installed this on my iPhone 6 and it was running smoothly. When I discovered that it was using my cellular data, I turned that option off. Now, it glitches just as annoyingly as it does on my iPad mini which doesn’t have cellular capabilities.

This would have been a good game but you had to have an ad that is very political.  Because you messed up the fun of playing this game I am forced to delete from both of my tablets.  So sad.

My complaint is not about the game, it's the ads. Some of the products in the ads are pretty interesting, but when I click on them to get more information, all I get is a blank white page...This has happened over and over on different advertisements.
