Worst service when it comes to update features of software. There is no time mangement from service department they can make you sit for whole day saying they will call back soon. Management needs to change their working pattern and way of replying to customers

Jewel konnect app doesn't work properly in ios device.
Once I open the application, it shows rate for 2-3 seconds and then it gets disappear.
