Unfortunately, after experiencing a glitch, I was forced to uninstall and reinstall the app, which resulted in the complete loss of my progress. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that despite contacting customer support, no meaningful assistance was provided. As a paying customer, I expected better support and a reasonable effort to restore my account or purchases. Losing all of my progress and the money I invested due to a technical issue is unacceptable.
