Здравствуйте, я играю уже как год или больше , я прошла все уровни 😍но дальше продолжать не могу , там все недоступна 🥲 откроете пожалуйста побыстрее 😭😭😭😭

I thoroughly enjoyed this game and had invested a considerable amount of time and money into it. Unfortunately, after experiencing a glitch, I was forced to uninstall and reinstall the app, which resulted in the complete loss of my progress.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that despite contacting customer support, no meaningful assistance was provided. As a paying customer, I expected better support and a reasonable effort to restore my account or purchases.

Losing all of my progress and the money I invested due to a technical issue is unacceptable. While I once highly recommended this game, this experience has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with both the product and the level of customer service provided.

It was not that fun you didn’t get to do any of the decorating they chose for you

The plot setting of the game is to "let the room full of memories return to the memory of the princess", so we finally chose such a decoration. Although our team is small, we will actively incorporate player input and provide more options in the future.

庭のマージを進めたいのに私がダウンロードしてから4ヶ月、新しいエリアが追加されず全く進まない。解放されてるエリアは1つだけ。パズルも難易度高くなってきてから全然クリアできずなのでずっと放置してます。待てども待てどもマージエリアが追加されないのでアンストします。

お城の装飾はマッチパズル、庭の装飾はマージと別れてます。マッチパズルの方はハートのライフを消費、マージの方はマッチパズルをクリアすることで得られる宝箱からアイテムが出てきてマージしていく形。マッチパズルの方はレベル80ですが今のところさくさく進んでいてマージに必要な宝箱も集められてます。パズルゲームではめずらしいデイリーもあってやり込み要素が色々あり、時間ある時はずっと遊べてます。パズルの方で3ステージクリアごとくらいに広告が入りますが5秒くらいの短いものでスキップもできるので特に苦はないです。今後レベル上がっていったらどうなるかはわかりませんが今のところストレスなく楽しく遊べてます。

I’ve played this game many times before but recently over 3 days and notice that the free spin and free coins options are not working.  They constantly say “loading”.  Perhaps someone could explain this.

Kombinierte auf interessante Art Komponenten aus anderen spielen. Die Story ist ausbaufähig. In unregelmäßigen Abständen taucht Werbung auf und hemmt den spielfluss. Ohne Internet gehen einige Funktionen nicht. Tägliche Aufgaben enthalten immer Kauf mich Aktionen.
Je weiter du kommst desto anspruchsvoller werden die Matches.

Would love to be able to keep my progress and pick up on one device and work on it on another, iPhone iPad…. But it’s worth even playing them separately. Just gotta not delete the game so it doesn’t lose the levels… plus the support button doesn’t work so can’t contact support either.
