That information is now missing. I have also tried Store Mode while physically in the store, and the aisle number still does not appear. I would like to know whether this feature was removed and, if so, why, and request that the aisle location be restored. ### 1/5 — Remove digital coupons *2026-08-22, version 2026.27.0* It’s painful to search coupons. Having to rely on the app to get the savings greatly increases my time at the store. My elderly mother can’t figure out how to use the app on her own and I’m sure she’s not the only one; so Jewel is making it more difficult for people on fixed incomes. Then there’s the frequent times that the savings isn’t reflected on my receipt and I am told by customer service that I need to actually SCAN each item to be sure. I contacted Jewel HQ; big surprise, they ignored my concerns. I don’t work for Jewel; and this is giving me too many tasks at the store. The orders are never ready on time. The store always looks as if stock is not being placed or done on time in the customer service is nonexistent. ### 1/5 — Very buggy *2026-08-11, version 2026.26.0* It's extremely frustrating that when I try to add items to my orders, it won't let me switch my payment methods to the original one used for the entire order. It just continues to load so I'm stuck with either going into the store or adding money to the card that it has chosen for me. It takes 30 to 60 seconds to find an item. The deals don’t get logged in my account.
