It freezes every time I’m playing this game please fix

Why does this game freeze after I finish each level. It is really very annoying!

So stupid!  You can not get double the rewards, because it always says “we’re preparing a video”
So frustrating!  I’m on level 289 and still won’t let you double!  Don’t have the feature, if it won’t work!
Game is not fun enough to put up with he incessant ads.

First off this is a really fun match three game. But way too often when you watch an ad to get a power up it freezes in the ad and the only way to get out of it is close the app and start over.
