You can’t move them down if the jewels aren’t in the right place to be able to go there. However there as been many times that the game as stated no more moves and I can clearly see it’s not the case. Also I get a reward and can’t use because of no more moves, before waiting on until reward is used. This takes some strategy out game because I may get a reward that would help me down lower but I have to use immediately or risk losing it. Many cases I lose because of shuffling that mostly puts only match away from objective and will happen 3 or 4 times in a row. (a loss for me is less than 3 stars).
