## What is Jewellery Order Book?

OrderBook is a simple and powerful order management app designed to streamline communication and workflows between shop owners, craftsmen, and customers.

Shop owners can create and manage orders, assign one or multiple craftsmen, and link customers to each order. A built-in draft system allows orders to be prepared and edited before final submission, ensuring accuracy and flexibility.

Each order supports contextual in-app messaging, enabling clear communication between shop owners, craftsmen, and customers. Invoices can be generated directly from orders and easily viewed, saved, or shared as PDFs.

OrderBook also offers an order preview feature, allowing users who are not directly involved in an order to view a read-only preview when shared. External content such as text, images, and documents can be shared into the app for quick reference.

The app supports role-based access for shop owners, craftsmen, and customers, keeping workflows organized and transparent.

AI-powered features are coming soon to further enhance productivity and insights.
