## What is JewelLink iOS?

JewelLink is a CRM and training platform built for jewelry retailers.

Manage client conversations, bridal and timepiece forms, follow-up tasks, reminders, appointments, inventory lookup, webchat leads, and team training from one connected system. Directors, managers, and sales associates can stay aligned across locations while keeping customer history, notes, messages, and opportunities tied to each client profile.
