The pictures are not entirely turning out the way they should. The model shots were OK but the product shots were terrible. I specified the length of the necklace and the fact that it had no clasp. They added a clasp anyway. In the close up my 18 inch necklace looked to be about 8 inches long. It was supposed to be a close-up and they just added more and it was wrong. This app needs a lot of improvement. Not so happy but the model shots were quite nice. Not user-friendly. No Preview that you could correct. I will not be using this for product photos.

This doesn’t work. Took my money and won’t upload anything. Each time you try it uses more credits until you are out of money. Stole money from me.

You company took $9.99 from me TWICE…that’s TWICE…and all I got was 170 credits. This needs to be corrected or I will go on a rampage both about the application, BUT a writing rampage about your business practices. I operated in good faith…so now you should too!  There is enough evidence and comments worldwide about dealing with sites from your foreign country!   
Just add ALL of the remaining credits and we both can move on!!!!!  Please advise immediately!

Downloaded it and it won’t generate images. Keeps saying I have insufficient credits and yet I have been billed twice and have 170 credits available. Give me my money back!

At the time, there was a temporary issue during development that could incorrectly show an “insufficient credits” message even when credits were available. This issue has now been fully fixed in the latest version of the app.
