## What is JewelryAdmin Portal?

JewelryAdmin Portal puts your account with the workshop in your pocket. Approve CAD designs, sign off production quotes, follow every piece down the bench, message the jeweler from one app, wherever you are.

It is built for the wholesale and trade customers of jewelry manufacturers running JewelryAdmin. When the workshop shares an order, a design, or a quote with your company, it shows up here.

ONE SCREEN, YOUR WHOLE ACCOUNT
Open the app and see exactly what needs you: designs waiting on your approval, quotes holding up production, invoices coming due, and unread messages from the bench - each line tappable straight through to the detail.

APPROVE DESIGNS
Review CAD renders and spec sheets version by version. Approve a version, or send it back with a photo you have marked up yourself - circle the prong, flag the profile - and your notes land in that design's conversation.

FOLLOW PRODUCTION
Track orders piece by piece, with a per-item timeline from mold room through casting, stone setting and final QC. See what is ready, what is due, and which pieces have already shipped.

APPROVE QUOTES
Production quotes arrive clear and itemized. Approving one opens the order and starts work; decline or ask a question without leaving the app.

MESSAGE THE WORKSHOP
Every production order and design draft has its own thread. Send photos and files, see when the workshop has read your message, and get a notification the moment they reply — unless you are already reading that conversation.

ACCESS
Sign in with the credentials your workshop issued you. If you buy from more than one JewelryAdmin workshop, or act for more than one company, switch between them in your profile.
