App is now cluttered with ads and they have the audacity to try and charge 1.79 subscription to remove them, at least make it a one time payment. Greedy

UPDATE: I do now see an ‘X’ that lets me close the ad. But still, I’m not going to rent a car after checking the zemanim. This is annoying addition to an otherwise fantastic app.

What has happened? This morning I was up extra early and needed to check the time for tefillin and Shema. I open the app and up pops an ad for car rental. I see no way to dismiss this abomination. Not even after several times force quitting and trying toreopen.

**Developer response:** Dear user, I am sorry about your bad experience. You probably ran into a bug just that very minute when you couldn't close the ad. It is of course fixed long ago by now. An ad is just an ad -- no abomination here. You don't HAVE to rent a car, you can just skip the ad and enjoy your free app for free, as you've ever enjoyed it for free. Just skip the ads. Also, I limit to a maximum of one ad per day. Nothing very much harmful.

Thank you for your update, I appreciate it. Nobody is going to rent a car when checking zmanim or saying Asher Yatzar. An ad is an ad is an ad. When you watch a free TV program, and there is an ad for a car, you don't have to buy a car The TV channel gets paid for you to have a free program. That's how advertisement work.
And unlike TV and unlike EVERY other app, you don't even have to wait through the ad. You can just skip it.
