## What is Jeżyk?

Jeżyk is a small companion that looks after your daily acts of
self-care. Together you'll build a quiet rhythm: a few deep
breaths in the morning, a short walk at noon, a moment of
gratitude before bed.

A DAY WITH JEŻYK

Each morning your hedgehog waits with four small self-care tasks
— pulled from ten categories: movement, hydration, nutrition,
sleep, breathing, reflection, gratitude, nature, digital detox,
and connection with loved ones. All short, doable, and tuned to
the day you have. You can add your own too — "Tea with mum",
"Read 5 pages of a book".

MOOD AND REFLECTION

The daily mood check-in takes one second. Pick one of five
emotions and Jeżyk remembers it. Over time, a gentle chart shows
your patterns: when you feel best, when you need rest.

The journal is a place for short thoughts. A sentence, a
paragraph, a reflection before sleep — it stays with you,
safely on your device.

YOUR PET

Jeżyk reacts to how you care for yourself. Pet him — he'll
smile. Complete a task — he'll perk up. Skip a few days — he'll
look sad, but he'll forgive you when you return. Every act of
self-care feeds five hedgehog traits: Calm, Energy, Heart,
Wisdom, and Resilience.

ADVENTURES AND ACORNS

The more you care for yourself, the more acorns you collect.
Acorns unlock new adventures — a first journey, a forest walk,
a mountain trip. Each one is a step you've earned together. No
rush, at your own pace.

STREAK AND GOAL

Pick your streak goal: 2, 5, 7, or 14 days in a row. A small
bar on home shows your engagement. No pressure, no punishment —
the streak serves you, not the other way around.

YOUR OWN GOALS

Bigger things to reach? Add personal goals — "Walk daily",
"2 liters of water", "Read before bed". Every check-in feeds
the trait you care about most.

HOME-SCREEN WIDGET

A small window with your hedgehog shows today's tasks, mood,
and adventure progress. See what's left without opening the
app — one tap takes you where you want.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL

Everything saves locally on your device. Turn on iCloud sync to
carry your hedgehog across devices. Export all your data to a
JSON file in one tap — your history is always yours.
