## What is JFLO Grappling Academy?

Learn judo, wrestling and jiu jitsu from Justin Flores, who coached the USA Olympic judo team and UFC world champions.

JFLO puts 36 years of competing and coaching into one app. Every lesson is broken down step by step, from your first breakfall to advanced entries, so you understand why a technique works and not just what it looks like.

WHAT'S INSIDE

The full video library. Structured series on takedowns, throws, foot sweeps, reversals, top control, shot defense, breakfalls and more, in both gi and no-gi. Pick a series, start with the first lesson and build from there.

Progress tracking. See which lessons you have finished and pick up exactly where you left off, on any device.

Train anywhere. Watch at the gym, before class or on the road. Solo drill and jump rope conditioning series let you train without a partner.

Discussion. Ask about a technique that is not clicking, share what you are working on and learn alongside other members.

Updates. Get notified when new series and lessons are added.

FOR INSTRUCTORS

Coaches in the JFLO Affiliation get a dedicated space to talk teaching, curriculum and running a school, plus the curriculum Justin uses to teach safe, effective takedowns.

WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

Recordings and event spaces from Justin's instructor workshops are available to attendees inside the app.
