At the same time, it provides access to Jiahui deals and discounts on the Youzan platform, creating a user-centric, efficient, and convenient medical and health service platform.

### 1/5 — Bug: I cannot access my reports

*2025-07-25*

When accessing my medical reports I am prompted to fill in a code sent by sms. The app does not load my full phone number so the sms will not send. I have checked and updated my number in my contact area and it is correct. I reported this issue over a year ago and it’s still not resolved. This has a huge impact on the user and should be high in priority.
