One morning after dropping my daughter off at Pre-K, a large nail completely shredded my driver’s rear tire, leaving me stranded in a nearby commercial plaza parking lot. What could have easily derailed my entire workday quickly became a test of response time and reliability.

After contacting AAA and being informed that assistance would take several hours, I reached out to JIB Roadside Assistance. Within 30 minutes, they had dispatched a tow truck, safely transported my vehicle, and ensured it was delivered to my local Toyota dealership for service.

Because of their prompt and professional response, I was able to regain control of my day much sooner than expected. I ultimately canceled my AAA request—and later, my service altogether.

I’m truly appreciative of JIB Roadside Assistance for their efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of fast, dependable roadside support.
