My employee got logged out and so when I try to login to fix the problem it tells me I have to go online from my desktop. Requires BOTH “always on” location tracking and facial recognition clock in- not just a picture but a full look up down & all around, just to clock in— and every single time… it said “success” then refreshed to the same screen asking me to clock in, then back to the facial rec again…. Did it 5 times before I gave up. Talk about a way to make an employee feel uncomfortable and untrusted. Just when I got used to it, they switched this and other features to the premium plan with no warning.
