I tried several times to cancel an order but couldn’t reach the helpline. When I finally got through, the representative asked me to hold for two minutes and never came back. After several more attempts, another agent named Romila gave me a different number, which was also unreachable. If the official helpline can’t resolve issues, there’s no point in having it. The whole experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. ### 2/5 — ZERO Customer satisfaction *2025-09-13* The catalog in the app and inventory doesn't match. Most of the time the order gets updated if some items are not available in the whole order. They do not bother to ask the customer. Then the partial order is delivered without customer's agreement. My question is why the whole order is not cancelled? Why there is no feedback taken from customer? I may need the unavailable item urgently. 1. Please ensure your inventory and catalog matches always. In today's online shopping I have never encountered such silly platform. 2. Even if some items are not available then cancel the order with proper comment or ask customer what to do with the order. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible Service and Completely Unprofessional *2025-09-05* I had placed an order at 8:30pm and the order was supposed to get delivered by 10pm. At 10:43pm when I did not receive the order, I called up their customer care who after putting me on hold for more than 7 minutes finally gave me the contact number of the delivery partner. The delivery guy told me at 10:50pm that he will not be able to deliver my order before 12Pm!! There is nothing he can do about it. There was no option to cancel the order as well. I called the customer service back and nobody responded. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2025-09-01* If I could give zero stars, I would. Jiffy by Spencer’s is hands down the most disappointing service I’ve ever come across. The app is buggy, the delivery is ridiculously late (sometimes hours, sometimes the next day without notice), and the customer support is practically non-existent. You’ll be lucky if they even respond to your complaint, let alone resolve it. The product quality is equally pathetic—half the time items are missing, substituted without consent, or delivered in terrible condition. Fresh produce arrives stale or spoiled, packaged goods come crushed, and frozen items are often melted. To make matters worse, they charge a premium for this so-called “convenience.” It feels like they’ve put zero thought into customer experience. Instead of making life easier, Jiffy by Spencer’s makes you frustrated, wastes your time, and leaves you regretting why you ever tried them. I’d strongly advise anyone to avoid this service and look for alternatives that actually deliver on their promises. Look into the customer executive name Anjali Gupta worst service no way of talking , still no refund for my last order on 21st August ### 1/5 — The Worst Delivery app ever *2025-07-08, version 7.3.1* I have never come across a delivery app so bad ever in my life. They say they will deliver in 45 minutes, but even after 4 hrs and 45 mins there is no sign of delivery. The helpline is absolutely useless, nobody is ever available to answer your calls and to provide any support. The delivery person is unreachable and if at all reachable by chance is very rude and unprofessional. There is no option for canceling the order either and get a refund for the payment made. If you want to save yourself the hassle please never order anything on this app. If possible I will give negative stars to this app. ### 1/5 — Worst App. Worst Customer Support. Rude Delivery agents. Worst service *2025-07-07* I placed my order at 8:30 PM with it was shown that it would be delivered within 30 minutes. However, the order was delayed, and each time I tried to contact the delivery agent, a different person answered claiming that the order was not assigned to them and someone else would deliver it. I tried calling customer care continuously for over 2 hours-but no one answered. Finally, after 2.5 hours, a representative responded and assured me that the order would be delivered anyhow within sometime. After half an hour the order was automatically cancelled without any notice or explanation. Again, I had to wait another 15 minutes just to connect with an agent and request a refund. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Customer support is unresponsive Delivery agents are rude and uncoordinated The app offers false promises and provides no real-time support I will never use Spencer’s online shopping again and strongly advise others to avoid it too. Terrible service. ### 5/5 — I love this app *2025-06-05* It’s been quite a time I am using this app better than Swiggy Instamart or Blinkit still very underrated, almost all the time it delivers the order within 5-6 min very fast but the only problem is the quantity of products available in our Purulia Store are not so Diverse, hopefully it will also provide every single product like Blinkit or instamart. Overall good. ### 1/5 — Worst delivery app *2025-06-04, version 7.3.0* I ordered a few products. Waited for almost half an hour and it got cancelled and they sent no notification for the same. When I checked to see delivery location then I came to know it got cancelled. Again I ordered the same stuff from them and guess what? They cancelled. I kept waiting for one hour in total. Such pathetic experience. Would never order and recommend anyone to order from this app. I don’t even wanna give them one star. That also seems too good for them. ### 1/5 — Extremely upset *2025-06-01* Horrible experience. I ordered a drink for myself and it was supposed to reach me in 5-10 mins. The outlet is very close to my house and hardly takes 5 mins to reach. The delivery partner was going in circles and everywhere other than my location. She was travelling the whole map when she could have easily made it to my location without the unnecessary travelling. On top of that her contact number was invalid and the customer service number was often automated to end and on calling again and again, i was given a wait time of few mins but it exceeded the time limit with no useful response. I am utterly disappointed. ### 1/5 — unprofessional and fraudulent *2025-05-29, version 7.2.3* I’ve only ordered using this app once and it’ll also be the last time I’ve used it. They canceled one of my items after I placed the order i.e. paid, and refused to provide me a full refund for the item they themselves cancelled. Moreover the rest of the items were also subpar. The avocados received were overripe and refrigerated. When cut open they turned out to be stringy and woody (literally). Never buying from them again.
