It’s the only way to get around town. The service was excellent and the drivers are wonderful. ### 1/5 — Cannot sign in *2025-06-02, version 1.15.0* I changed my phone number and for some reason I only get a profile set up page, in which it tells me my profile is already set up, and no option to sign in with it. ### 1/5 — Error adding a credit card *2024-08-23, version 1.5.0* I haven’t been able to use the app as it forces me to add a credit card first, but when I try to add a valid card, I get an error message. No issues for myself. Usually try to find the fastest route , and are helpful if I need a hand with some bags! Even in poor weather conditions! When I try to Contact app support on the App page it displays the Jiffy Contact page but I am unable to enter any text. It is a real pity as Jiffy is a good cab company and this piece of software is letting them and customers down. ### 1/5 — App wouldn’t even load *2023-12-17* Downloaded the app multiple times and each time it wouldn’t send a text to authenticate my phone number and would just stay stuck on the beginning page with a loading icon. Ended up just calling another cab company and deleting the app after numerous failed attempts to use it.
