I changed my phone number and for some reason I only get a profile set up page, in which it tells me my profile is already set up, and no option to sign in with it.

I haven’t been able to use the app as it forces me to add a credit card first, but when I try to add a valid card, I get an error message.  Tried two different cards, same error.  Useless app.  Guess I need to use Uber instead.

They don’t care if it’s the right person, they’ll let anyone in. We were desperate for a cab after a concert as my father in law has cancer, we waited for almost half hour only to b told someone else got our taxi we got an uber

On iOS17.2.1 the app will download and I get an authentication code, but when I try to create a profile I get an error message saying something went wrong try again. When I try to Contact app support on the App page it displays the Jiffy Contact page but I am unable to enter any text. It is a real pity as Jiffy is a good cab company and this piece of software is letting them and customers down.

Downloaded the app multiple times and each time it wouldn’t send a text to authenticate my phone number and would just stay stuck on the beginning page with a loading icon. Ended up just calling another cab company and deleting the app after numerous failed attempts to use it. Wouldn’t recommend, waste of time.

Waited more than 40 mins on the app and it was still showing finding a driver and when I tried calling a company computer was saying ride booked but there was no taxi. I was using Uber and Lyft before they hardly takes 3-4 mins to book your ride. This app can never compete uber or Lyft as there is no system and control in this app.

Casino taxi (Hfx) has a more reliable and accurate app. I always have to correct the geolocation on yours. Good service though👍🏻

Jiffy Cabs! It’s the only way to get around town. The service was excellent and the drivers are wonderful.

Usually great timing and drivers are always friendly to chat with. No issues for myself. 

Usually try to find the fastest route , and are helpful if I need a hand with some bags! 
Even in poor weather conditions! They do great.
