Requested a refund through Apple and got a prorated $1 and change refund. This is a scam. Period. Approved a 1 week trial, it says I have 1500 credits, but any attempt to generate an image takes me to a ‘purchase’ page where it says I have zero. I also requested refunds through Apple, and both requests were denied. I paid $15.98 for a service I never received. Bottom line ill make sure ill be on the as of these app developpers to take it down. I downloaded it, tried it briefly, and decided it wasn’t for me. I canceled before I intended to use the paid service, yet I was still charged. I contacted customer support to request a refund, explained the situation, and my request was denied. I have no problem paying for apps or services that provide value, but I do have a problem with companies that charge customers after they believe they’ve canceled and then refuse to make it right.
