I can say say nothing bad about it. The puzzles are beautiful, the colors are so vivid and there is a genre for everyone.I admit finances permitting I sometimes subscribe to try other puzzles I might not want to buy and to support the developers. But it allows you to stop and start your subscription any time which I love . App support is also excellent, any time I have had issues and they usually are minor like my purchase disappeared, they respond quickly fix the issue and you are off and running. If I could make a few suggestions, I wish there were 2 trays instead of one. When you are dealing in larger number of pieces it is nice to separate them. I wish you could rotate the pieces, it add to make it a little more difficult and finally I wish the pieces could have different shapes something similar to the smuzzle puzzles of yore. Pieces don’t necessarily “find” their spot so not sure if they’re in or not. I find myself jiggling the puzzle to make sure the piece is actually in place. I really like the glide of the right hand piece carousel! Makes scrolling for pieces so easy!! Puzzle doesn’t take up entire screen. Out of all the app options, this one had the better movement and visuals. However, since the recent update the pieces now have a 3D look to them which makes them fuzzy around the edges and no longer sharp and clear. The movement has also become less controllable. The pieces move a bit on their own and are not solely controlled by the player. I’ll try a few more apps to see if any of the others are more like what this one used to be. ### 1/5 — Huge disappointment *2022-11-25, version 1.21.0* I only got this app because I enjoyed the older version so much and it will no longer be available after Nov 30. This new version is awful. There is absolutely nothing enjoyable about it. And I don't like the pieces on the side and having to hold iPad sideways, either. Should have left the older version alone. I will try to find another puzzle that is actually enjoyable to use. I can alter inside the box but have tried everything to alter the outer area. What makes it less fun and more difficult now is the pieces snapping into place in the middle of an empty space. So very not a fun way to put a puzzle together. Another change is the permanent frame. We use to be able to move the frame to the position we wanted it so we could have a margin to work in. But no more. I’m guessing this comes in line with the pieces snapping in position. Would like to see the way it use to be. For these reasons I’ve been looking for a different app for puzzles. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2017-11-05* Nothing will load anymore, all I can see is the main loading screen and nothing actually loads. In response to the developer, I did reinstall and now I’ve lost all the daily puzzles I’d started and saved over months. Edit: It’s just happened again so I give up, I’m not playing anymore. How does it break again when I haven’t used or updated it since reinstalling? Ridiculous. **Developer response:** It sounds like the app installation has become corrupted. Try deleting the app and re-downloading it from the App Store.
