It also has a problem downloading puzzles. I love this puzzle App. You can upload your own photos or artwork and turn it into a 2,000 plus piece work of art. Then you can send the whole jpeg to Fracture and have it framed under glass. The frustration is that when you have completed your 2,000 piece work of art work. The puzzle that took you two or three days, there are pieces of the puzzle that are missing. It says that your puzzle is 100% complete and you can’t go back to it after it’s finished. The first time it happened I did get support from the company but only after I pestered them, however, they were very fair with me. When it happened again and I reached out for support no one replied to my messages. I have tried via Messenger and email but it has been a few months now and I haven't heard anything so I can't give it any more than one star.
