Some pieces get blocked in the wrong position and you cannot move them even after restarting the app

This must not be designed for mobile devices as I cannot move pieces. Or they get stuck (not where they should be.) can’t find a place to ask questions or find out what I’m doing wrong.

Impossible de déplacer les pièces du puzzle qui restent bloquées donc impossible de finir le puzzle. Et les pièces ne sont pas rangées sur un côté de l'écran donc difficile de s'y retrouver. Dommage car les photos semblaient belles.

This is my first jigsaw puzzle game. I enjoyed and found some aspects that were puzzling lol pun.
When you complete the picture, a big congratulations is splashed over the completed picture. You cannot sit and enjoy the picture. 
Another problem, is pieces stick in wrong spots and that is that. Those pieces are not moving. i have had torestart my puzzles a few times to take another chance that I could finish it. So, I am going to delete this app, and hopefully the developers are able to remedy these problems

Bon divertissement, serein et apaisant. Parfois on n'arrive pas à attraper les pièces, elles restent "collées à l'écran. Impossible donc dans ce cas là de finir le puzzle. Ça serait bien aussi de pouvoir ranger les pièces sur les côtés pour libérer le jeu.
