Пазлы собирает мой ребенок(2г), реклама уже доканала и его и меня. Чтоб запустить новый пазл реклама, чтоб открыть пазл реклама, между пазлами реклама… еще больше рекламы!!! Ужас, ребенок не очень понимает что такое реклама и почему он не может просто открыть картинку. А так да, хорошие картинки, ребенку нравится самому выбирать что собирать))

В целом не плохо, после того как мое любимое приложение пазлов удалилась из Аpp store нашла сей игру в качестве замены и правда из всех пазлов самая оптимальная для меня оказалась эта. НО таковой игра была лет 5 назад когда у меня на руках была 6s, правда через год она перестала запускаться, купила новый телефон место хоть отбавляй решила закачать думаю ну на новом девайсе точно пойдёт, в начале опять без прогрузки не открывает и так переодически. А интерфейс для айфонов это ужас, не возможно перетащить пару пазлов внизу или панель управление открывается или сворачивается игра, но самое прекрасное это если заново запустить игру то пройдено не сохраняется ( у меня пазл мною создан) а пазлы взять не возможно или они разлетаются или с трудом тянутся. Разработчики ну сделайте что нибудь!!!!

Когда-то давно выбрала именно вашу игру, потому что интерфейс очень понравился. Было доступно много пазлов. Теперь добавили какую-то геймификацию, так что доступен вначале только один пакет. Я больше не могу собирать пазлы из ранее работавших пакетов, в том числе купленных на заработанные игровые монетки. Не хочу я собирать baby animals 2019, верните мне мои пазлы за монетки! 😭😭😭

App as great for a few years. Now with exactly 50,000 points accumulated, puzzles won't load and developer doesn't help. Deleted! Ba bye.

When exactly will you check my app and fix it? It does not load pieces on iPhone or iPad. I'm so disappointed as I've accumulated almost 50,000 points, and more than 3,000 crystals. Not to mention all the puzzles I've purchased Ann's downloaded. But I can't do the puzzles because they won't load. Please follow up on your statement to fix. 

Update: you replied that you would fix my account so that puzzles pieces would appear. When will that happen?

I've enjoyed this app for years now, with various glitches along the way. This time, though, I'm really annoyed. I've accumulated numerous coins and crystals. I use them to buy puzzles and packs, of which I have many, but I've actually paid money, too.
Now, when I want to play a puzzle, it simply doesn't load. It opens the background, but no pieces appear. The same thing on iPhone and iPad.  
I don't want to uninstall for fear of losing everything, but if you can't play the game, who good is it? 
I've sent an email requesting help, but received no reply. So now issuing my worst rating ever.

Установила приложение. Через несколько дней поняла, что оно мне не нужно. Удалила. Через 2 дня списали 799 руб за подписку на 1 мес. Странно ... Сейчас при удаление приложения подписки автоматически отменяются. Написала на возврат оплаты. Ответ «по нашим данным покупка не соответствует условием возврата средств». ☹️

UPDATE:  After a couple of weeks, the ads became available again with no explanation.  When you ask me to write more detail, I don’t see how that’s possible, but I’ll try.
I would click on “free coins”, then “+1 Crystal Free” or the “gift”, where usually a short ad plays and I get a free crystal, I got a message saying there were no ads available and to try again later.  This happened for over a week before I wrote my original review.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:  This had been fixed, but now it’s happenin again! No ads available to watch to earn coins and/or diamonds. 😔 Please fix!!!

Recebi na minha fatura cobrando o valor de 38,90 , além desse valor que veio cobrando sem minha autorização , acabou vindo 2x 38,90 na mesma fatura !! Quero meu dinheiro de volta pois apenas apertei pra ver o aplicativo e já me cobraram. 
O app nem baixado estar mais.

I would still give you 1 star.  I would give your customer service a zero if I could.  The puzzles deserve 5 stars except that I don’t have any!!!!

First of all Apple is not responsible for the issues with your software. It is Jigsaw Puzzles World (Denis Sonin) to stand behind your product.  Secondly most of the puzzles were earned thru challenges and watching videos and it took me a long time to collect them.  Your software developers should be capable of re-installing my puzzles.   If they can’t then you need someone who can!!!  I will continue to give bad reviews until someone can fix this issue.  I worked hard for these puzzles and I want them back!!! I MUST SAY THAT I WOULD NOT BUY ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS BASED ON HOW YOU’VE HANDLED THIS ISSUE!

I have lost all my puzzles. It took me a few years but I collected all the puzzles between buying and achievements. Now they’re gone and I’m so upset. I spent a lot of money purchasing these puzzles. I purchased coins and finished achievements and watch commercials since 2017. I can show apple receipts as well. I’ve tried contacting Sweet Games with no response. I also left this issue on jigsaw puzzles world review with no response. Apple said this was a developer issue. So if anyone knows how to contact Denis Sonin or someone who can actually help me recover all my puzzles, please let me know. I’m truly disgusted with the whole situation. I really love these puzzles and I would like to get them back. The only I can think of is to send a bad review out daily until someone gets back to me

I avoided this app for a year after the glitch it had of not saving progress. Still has not been fixed and their support page doesn’t load. I wish I hadn’t spent money on the upgrades and now they do subscriptions? You don’t even update your game to be playable

I’ve been using this app for some time. I have enjoyed it and it has a wide variety of puzzles. I’ve accumulated quite a few and was thrilled when the latest puzzles were added. However I have no idea how to access them. I seem to be able to open one at a time and in order. Not only that; but I no longer have the ability to use puzzles already paid for.
