However, like the previous reviewer I can no longer access my purchased puzzles. I can’t restore my purchases. I would apparently be able to repurchase them but why should I? I have emailed app support but no reply. This is not good enough!! ### 3/5 — Poor support *2026-06-01, version 5.7* Have used this app for several years & enjoyed it. Have found the new addition of some pieces being put in for you irritating as it’s easy to touch accidentally, can’t find away to remove it. And that little target circle you have at the bottom left-hand corner is a pain. I touch it and I get pieces all over and I do not play that type of game. Please tell me what I can do to stop this! It has different challenge levels based on the number of pieces you want to assemble. First things first, I've always enjoyed this app & have renewed it with each new apple device I get, err...each iPad. But the present version has a very very annoying feature which seems to have no option to disable. Please consider making it optional. What is it? That pesky, poorly placed points repository in the lower left corner. It is extremely vexing to tap it accidentally & suddenly discover the puzzle is filling itself in! Really irritating!!!! & then it's even more vexing to discover that it accumulates points as time goes on. I assume, since you sell points that you consider it a positive quality. But those of us how enjoy the idle challenge of difficult puzzles, & who have chosen your app for the varied rather than regimented puzzle pieces, really never want any clues. I seems more like a punishment to get nearly done with a puzzle only to be intruded on by the automation. Then bought another one and it failed to download, tried another puzzle package and it also failed to download. Deleted the app to reset it, then reinstalled it. All the puzzles I already purchased will not restore and the 2 puzzles I attempted to purchase just say error 0. I have requested technical support 2 times with zero response. I have another puzzle downloaded and there’s no problem at all moving and clicking pieces into place. And it also allows you to put the edges in first. I love puzzles and thought this would be a great way to spend time keeping my mind engaged while my body heals. I am more frustrated with this app than any other app I have ever downloaded. There are puzzle pieces that will lock into place in an area unrelated to where it should be. It makes it impossible to finish that puzzle. I used the free puzzles for a long time before I purchased any sets. The sets I purchased have provided endless hours of entertainment and I much prefer a one time purchase to ads all the time.
