You pay for a listing and you go back and search for your listing and you realize it’s was never listed for buyers to see. You chat with support and only a bot chats with you. You request for a mangers call back and few minutes later they send an email that they tried calling you but no one calls. Just a fraudulent company.

**Developer response:** We’re sorry for your experience. Paid listings should be visible after approval, and we understand your frustration with support communication. Please share your account and payment details with support again so we can properly review and resolve the issue.

Jiji is a very reliable platform for buying and selling items in Nigeria. The interface is easy to use, listings are well organized, and you can reach serious buyers and sellers quickly. I’ve had good experiences so far and would recommend it to anyone looking to trade online.

No 2FA, no checkmate on real buyers and fake buyers, why is there a 2 payment tier before we make sales. You guys let scammers that claim to be buyers because you don’t checkmate them you don’t ask for detail to confirm their real intentions you just let every tom, dick and Garry on your platform we that sell now fall prey and when we do make complaints the person will say “i will foward your complain” that same said account officer o.  That’s suppose to protect you is only protecting the money you’re giving to you guys. That’s nonsense.

Seller told me i had to pay for a shoe because i tired it on to check the fit. He claimed I stained it because it touched the ground. Jiji keeps on removing my review after I left a negative review. Whole company feels like a scam.
