## What is Jikan Timing?

Jikan — time tracking built for crews in the field

Jikan helps small teams clock in at real job sites—not from the parking lot, not from
home. Bosses get a live picture of who’s working, who’s on site, and who’s stepped
outside the work area. Crew members use their phone to clock in and out; hours stay tied
 to the workplace you run.

 For crew
 - Clock in and out on mobile at your assigned job site
 - See today’s on-site time, away time, and shift totals at a glance
 - Location stays on your device until your boss checks attendance—you’re not
live-tracked all day off the clock

 For bosses
 - Set up your business, invite crew, and assign job sites in minutes
 - Draw work areas on a map so clock-in only counts when someone’s actually on the job
 - See who’s clocked in now, with on-site vs away status
 - Review hours by person or location, export reports, and keep records organized

 Built for real-world work
Landscaping, construction, maintenance, and any team that moves between job sites. Jikan
uses plain language—Boss and Crew—not corporate HR jargon. Hour records are kept for
compliance; you stay in control of what shows up in your reports.

 Privacy-first location
Location is used for attendance during active shifts, with clear disclosure before
background updates. Bosses only see encrypted location updates from crew who are clocked
in—not a blanket GPS feed of everyone’s phone.

 Get started
Create your workplace, add your first job site, invite your crew, and start tracking
time where the work actually happens.
