Paid account. Followed every instructions from the developer. But the database auto-update never happened and the only feedback from the developer was “it’s Apple iOS’s fault.” You could ask people to donate but don’t promise the functions you can’t actually provide.

Keeps on loading and unable to identify the button is on or off. Keeps on receiving spam calls which other people have reported in other apps. There is no notification for long time that has update on database. I have o update manually every time I received a spam call. Please fix the issue urgently.

Great app to begin with but for last 4 months I could not make or receive normal phone calls.
After deleting the database - over 10,000 numbers (maybe more) - from my contacts list my iPhone now works normally again. Suggest cleaning the DB and only updating spam numbers from the last 12 months rather than every number ever reported. Thanks, but I’ll just manually manage spam calls with the red button from now on.

I still get junk calls every day. They remove junk phone numbers from their blacklist. That’s why you are still spammed daily. Maybe they have unethical dealings with spammers.

app不稳定，UI design很乱。并且明显callkit写的有bug，要求用户kill掉app再enable已经显示出developer的技术不够。还主动邀请好评。。。把软件做好自然会有好评。

I think Apple needs to give more flexibility for call blocking functions like this app provide us. We got thousands of junk call these days and JIMA call block save our lives. Whenever there is a iOS update, this app might fail to work until next update. Do something with that Apple.  Awesome app, 10 out of 10.

After updating the database, it fails to reload extensions, it only show the error is unknown, and it seems the app doesn’t work properly to block calls after that.

This happened to me twice already and I have to reinstall the app.
Any idea on what’s happening?
