## What is Jíme zdravě?

Chcete jíst zdravěji a ještě si pochutnat?
Není to žádná věda – a jde to i levně.
Vařte s námi jednoduše, hravě a do 30 minut!

V aplikaci najdete recepty členěné dle části dne – snídaně, svačiny, obědy a večeře a tak dále. Máte doma ingredience a nevíte co z ní připravit? Vyzkoušejte funkci na hledání receptu podle ingredience. Nechybí ani vyhledávání dle typu jídla, ukládání receptů či jejich hodnocení.

U každého receptu je uveden čas přípravy, obtížnost a také nutriční informace. Máte tak detailní přehled o tom, co konzumujete.

Součástí mobilní aplikace je také e-shop s vybranými produkty, které autoři receptů používají pro jejich přípravu. V kuchyni se vždy snažíme skloubit kvalitu, cenu a nestárnoucí design. Stejně tak jako na udržitelné stravování, myslíme na udržitelné vybavení, které nemusíte každý rok měnit. Moc vám děkuji za vaši neuvěřitelnou asistenci ve vypracování těchto opravdu vynikajících receptů. Všechno vezme čas ale nejhlavnější je že potěšíte a hlavně pomůžete nejen těm kteří mají v kuchaření již nějaké zkušenosti ale zejména motivujete i ty kteří se teď právě učí vařit.
