Don’t buy boots if wanting to use for added heat. ### 1/5 — Setup/registration *2022-10-05, version 1.7* I wish I read the previous review before I bought the boots. The boots are beautiful and warm. But when I am starting to register for the boots on the app, I got stuck at validating my email. I have been requested send the link for email validation but never received the email since yesterday. So now I am stuck on this step. It safe to assume that I can’t control my boots temperatures without the app and since I can’t move further with registration process that step is no longer available. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2022-02-14, version 1.7* So looks like the $600 boots I bought that have the technology to heat up with the assistance of this app does not work. If you are thinking of buying the JC boots and it has the option of using this app then I suggest you pass on the purchase and if you bought a pair in hope of using this app I would return the boots. The boots still look cute but would be nice to be able to use the “technology” to use the function of the heating. Was told to contact the developers and they said it’s J.C’s issue, is this why you’re shutting down your stores? I feel scammed by both companies. SHAME ON YOU! ### 1/5 — Never works! *2019-12-24, version 1.6* Will let you connect to shoes but never gives you the controls. With the latest update it now will not get you past the log in screen! After back and forth with customer service, a technician called and helped me resolve the issue. It took 5 minutes and my boots work now!
