Wish I could cancel the order or not order at all. They rave on fast deliveries. But everytime they use uber I’m missing something or it takes an hour after I was sent an out for delivery message. I’m currently at 45 minutes from the out for delivery message and I’m three blocks away. Lol. Yes I could have picked it up, but WTF. This keeps happening. They should pay me for time wasted. That was not Kallie. That was the weird meth head I’ve seen on third street by the river. The F!! I order all the time from JJ because I work from home and this sandwich is warm as F!! Smells like weed too! ### 5/5 — Speed *2026-08-21, version 7.7.1* Always professional and on time ### 3/5 — Decent, but missing features *2026-08-21, version 7.7.1* My biggest complaint is that there doesn’t seem to be any way to review or get help for an order within the app. They expect you to just call the store you placed the order from, which seems like it just defeats the whole purpose of ordering through the app. Like when my orders are frequently missing items, there should be some way to give feedback IN THE APP like every other food delivery service. There are other little things like not all drinks being available when selecting a combo, but being able to select it individually, it being annoying to navigating to tracking an order after placing it, difficult to use rewards that always end up expiring, etc. ### 5/5 — I love JJ *2026-08-20, version 7.7.1* This app is great.
