## What is Jimmying?

Jimmying is a no-nonsense gym log. Write down what you lifted, and let it do the maths.

Every exercise opens on a "Last time" panel — the exact weights, reps and machine settings from your previous session, right at the top. No scrolling back through history to remember what you did. You just have to beat it.

WHAT IT DOES

• Log sets fast — weight in kg, reps, and a note if you want one
• "Last time" summary on every exercise, so you always know the number to beat
• Machine settings saved per exercise (seat 4, bar 2) and pre-filled on every set
• Volume worked out for you — weight x reps, per set and per session
• Four progress charts per exercise: total volume per workout, best set volume, heaviest weight, and total reps
• Build your own workouts and exercises, in the order you actually do them
• Starts with two example workouts so you can see how it fits together

BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR

Big tap targets, plain numbers, no timers you didn't ask for and no social feed. Open the app, find the exercise, type two numbers, move to the next machine.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

No account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics. Your training log never leaves your device — there is no server for it to go to.

Weights are recorded in kilograms.
