The cooking staff is the best I have seen, sitting at the counter I see it all no one in Omaha can produce that kind of quality so consistently, quantity is the best in Omaha. I make it a point to try new places but I keep returning to this location. No kitchen in Omaha is cleaner than this one customers should feel very safe with their orders. It will do this for over 30 minutes most of the time. I love the rewards program but you can’t even use it without signing into the app which never works. They’ve always been slow to embrace technology (no credit cards for the longest time), but I saw they’d finally added an app. I can’t dine in these days, but felt ordering out would be nice. Alas, after downloading, it will not let me create an account, and so I cannot place an order. I can either phone it in and hope they take care of me, or go to IHOP instead. First, they advertised $3 off for signing up, which never materialized. Then they redid the app; had to delete the old one and start completely over. We ate there Sunday after church and could not get the points. The app provided a 3-digit code upon checking in, but I had to read through the FAQ to even know what to do with it! The waitress had no idea about the code either but she tried entering it. When that didn’t work, she then tried entering my customer number. Still nothing. So I’m out those points. And WHY are we pestering the waitstaff with this nonsense?!? Why can’t this be a normal “scan your receipt” type of app with points and offers that don’t expire??? ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2021-05-30, version 1.7* App won’t open! I have deleted and reinstalled numerous times. Tried with amd without different WiFi connections. This is horrible. I had points that were adding up to a reward. Now I can’t even get it to open. It just flashes like it’s going to the back to the app icon. I did some research to try to find support. I finally emailed a company associated with the app. The took my complaint amd said someone would be getting back to me. Crickets!!!!!
