The icons are too big, I cannot scroll, and when I try to open my account page, the app just closes. The instructions work normally though. There is a unicorn under the barcode. And no dragon in selection. When you choose a unicorn it returns a servo error and the robot is useless now. ### 3/5 — Why your robot or app does not work *2021-06-22, version 3.9.4* Just letting you know that if you are building a jimu robot, and there is a lot of missing pieces, or your motors or any other electronic components are not functioning, this means that you have a defective kit. Witch can effect the way the jimu app functions, like you can get errors and all kinds of problem that can lead you to wasting/spending a lot of Time into trying to fix it. The reason why I know that a kit can be defective is because if you go to Amazon and search up jimu robot kit, then you choose a kit and look at the reviews. It seems like the majority of people who bought the kit were successful with it. In fact people actually showed a video of their robot moving. But, most of the very few who gave it a 1 star review were dealing with the same things I just said in the first paragraph of this review. So if the majority of people who gave it a 5 star review were talking and showing about their functioning robot, and the very few people who gave it a 1 start review were talking about there nonfunctioning robot, this shows that there are defective kits. So if you are dealing with a nonfunctioning robot take it back to where ever you got it from and get a new kit. ### 2/5 — Create controller doesn’t work with DC motors *2021-03-11, version 3.9.2* The DC motors showed up once after a the firmware update. Tried to create a second robot with the same DC motors but they no longer show up in the controller setup. Been emailing support for 45 days. No answer yet. ### 3/5 — Don’t buy *2020-12-28, version 3.9.2* At first I was thinking I love this but then I got further on! NO! I was building the unicorn I couldn’t find a piece and both me and my mom had to pull things out with our teeth that how stuck they were , you can’t pull anything out it was stuck in there and wouldn’t move then at the end when put it together it would just fall apart! ### 1/5 — Bad interface *2020-12-27, version 3.9.2* The robot is fine, but the app doesn’t let you do anything. I tried to make a simple moving robot, which I was barely able to do because the app requires that you use all of the motors, and it could barely drive. It can’t drive staring and is locked in one speed. If you are looking for an easy to use buildable robot, buy a lego mindstorms set. The instructions will not download; keep getting “download model error.” And there are no instructions whatsoever included in the box, so we can’t even build the robots, let alone operate them. Disappointed is an understatement. Also, the kit was sealed and looked notMal on the outside but once you open the box, we were so surprised to see that the pieces were in ziploc bags!!! What the heck!!! Is this a return and they tried to resell it????? No wonder many pieces were missing!!! Me and my little brother enjoyed using it. But one HUGE problem named Ank, People Persons, and The Bully. So, I'm 10 and educated to know that teenagers shouldn’t be cursing in the chat. I know you guys tried to include sets for those ages, but if they say words my mom would spank me if I ever said then that's on big red flag. I know u guys have a report button on the videos, photos, and chats. But somehow someway these people are getting away with saying harsh things! That's the reason why I took one star from the review. So here’s the solution: GET A MODERATOR! Mods review the chats so bad words and stuff can't get by. If you don't want to listen fine.
